The NOD Workshop 2025 will be hosted by Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, one of Germany's leading universities.
The event will take place at the Department of Physics and the Center for the Science of Materials Berlin (CSMB), both located on the Adlershof campus.
CSMB is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to interdisciplinary materials research. Inaugurated in October 2023, the center focuses on developing sustainable energy materials and innovative technologies such as solar cells, batteries, catalysis, and printing of organic and inorganic devices.
Adlershof, the location of Humboldt-Universität's scientific campus, is Germany's largest science and technology park and one of Berlin’s key hubs for innovation. Known as WISTA Science City Adlershof, the district hosts over 1,200 companies, 10 non-university research institutions, and multiple Humboldt-Universität facilities. It is a thriving environment for cutting-edge research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and technological development.
Adlershof combines a dynamic professional atmosphere with modern amenities, including restaurants, cultural venues, and excellent transport connections to central Berlin and the Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). Its unique integration of science, business, and urban life makes it an ideal venue for the NOD Workshop 2025.
Hosting the NOD Workshop 2025 at these esteemed institutions underscores Humboldt-Universität's commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and fostering collaboration in the field of materials science.
