Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and must be arranged independently by participants.
However, we have secured a contingency of 120 rooms at hotels located very close to the workshop venue. These rooms are reserved until August 1, 2025. After this date, availability cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the hotels’ availability. Participants booking after August 1 may need to seek accommodation elsewhere.
